I have laid before the Lords Commissioners of His Majesty's Treasury your letter (9787/1918) of the 26th ultimo, with enclosure, relative to the disposal of cargo, originally intended for Russia, landed in Hong Kong from the S.S. *Tokuyama Maru".
In reply I am to request that the above stores may be retained in Hong Kong pending further instructions. My Lords would be glad to be furnished with a detailed
list of the goods thus stored.
